My Industry Experience

Beginnings (Since 1991)

I have been working in Hospitality and the Travel Industry since 1991. I started as an overnight Telephonist at the Hotel InterContinental Sydney where I was selected to do a Traineeship for 12 months working in all departments of the hotel. I worked for a few years in the Conference Services department during my 7 years working with InterContinental Hotel Sydney. 

 

For The Love of Travel

My personal journey in travel took me to Europe on a 6-week holiday, which turned into 18 months away! This is where my love for travel started and began to grow! After returning from my European Adventure I was eager to travel as frequently as possible and found myself working in the Travel Industry with Flight Centre Group from 1998 till 2017. 

From Consultant to Executive Leader & Mentor

I worked as a Travel Consultant before being promoted to an Assistant Manager and Manager of difference businesses. I then became the State Leader for NSW / ACT in Global Sales Academy (a division of Flight Centre) that trained consultants in Sales and one on one sales coaching, while managing a team of 13 Sales Coaches. My final role with Flight Centre Travel Group was an Area Leader looking after 24 businesses and 148 consultants. I then expanded my mentorship to include working for Cornerstone People Solutions providing training for Leaders and Consultants, still in the Travel Industry.

 

Back To My Roots

In 2017, I decided to get back into Travel working as an Independent Agent with Global Travel Network and have recently rebranded my business to Elite Events and Travel Group. I have an extreme passion for Travel and providing all my clients with an exceptional Customer Experience when planning, arranging and managing their trips, events, conferences and incentive trips.

 

Leaving no table unturned. I specialise in Leisure and Group Travel and I have a LOVE for arranging memorable holidays, events and conferences and I know that booking your trip with me will give you an amazing experience and piece of mind that I will plan an exceptional trip for you no matter how big or small.
